Lendesk is Canada's leading digital mortgage platform, helping brokers and lenders manage the entire mortgage journey through a modern, end-to-end experience. 01 — Problem
A brand struggling to keep pace with the product.
As Lendesk expanded its product offering and market presence, the brand needed to scale alongside it. Marketing, product, and customer-facing experiences were growing independently, creating opportunities to improve consistency, strengthen the visual identity, and establish a more cohesive experience across every touchpoint.
02 — Approach
Bridging brand and product through collaboration.
Working closely with marketing, product designers, and engineers, I helped evolve the visual identity while supporting the day-to-day design needs of a fast-growing technology company. I redefined the illustration library to create a more flexible and scalable visual system, designed marketing campaigns and digital assets, and contributed to the development of new web experiences.
03 — Outcome
A stronger, more cohesive brand built to scale.
The result was a stronger, more cohesive brand presence across web, product, and marketing channels. Through a combination of visual design, illustration, campaign creative, and product collaboration, I helped establish systems that could scale with the business while supporting product launches, customer acquisition, and ongoing growth.
A brand identity for a Welsh conservation charity — built around the rivers, wildlife, and communities they protect.
The West Wales Rivers Trust needed an identity that reflected their mission — protecting and restoring the rivers, wetlands, and wildlife of West Wales. The brand needed to feel rooted in the natural environment, credible to conservation partners, and distinctive enough to carry across print, merchandise, and digital channels.
Starting from scratch, I designed a custom logo mark combining a seabird, fishing rod, and flowing water lines — all contained within a rounded rectangle that echoes the shape of a river-smoothed stone.

01 — Problem
A conservation charity without a visual identity to match their ambition.
West Wales Rivers Trust was doing vital conservation work — but their visual presence didn't reflect the quality or ambition of the organisation. They needed a brand that could stand alongside established environmental bodies, resonate with local communities, and hold its own on everything from field signage to merchandise.
02 — Approach
A logo mark rooted in the natural world.
I designed a custom logo mark combining a seabird, fishing rod, and flowing water lines — all contained within a rounded rectangle that echoes the shape of a river-smoothed stone. Every element of the mark references the Trust's core work: the birds they protect, the rivers they restore, and the communities they serve.
03 — Outcome
An identity with genuine character — built to last.
The finished brand gave West Wales Rivers Trust a visual identity as strong as their mission. The logo works across every touchpoint — from business cards and letterheads to embroidered merchandise and field signage — giving the organisation a cohesive, professional presence.

01 — Problem
A growing newsletter without a brand to match its ambition.
Podcast Delivery had built a strong following but lacked a visual identity that could match the quality of their content. The brand needed to work across digital platforms, print, and merchandise while remaining distinctive in a crowded space.
02 — Approach
A symbol built for scale.
I developed a bold, geometric logomark that distils the idea of podcast delivery into a single, scalable symbol. The mark works at every size — from app icons to billboard scale — and anchors a flexible identity system built around a strong typographic voice and a confident colour palette.
03 — Outcome
A brand that travels.
The finished identity gave Podcast Delivery a visual presence as strong as their editorial voice. The brand works consistently across every touchpoint — from digital platforms and social media to print materials and merchandise — giving the team a system they can grow into.

01 — Problem
A market leader without a brand to match.
Greenstar Plant Products had established themselves as an internationally recognised leader in their field, but their visual identity hadn't kept pace with their growth. They needed a brand that reflected their expertise, scale, and commitment to quality.
02 — Approach
Rooted in nature, built for scale.
Drawing on Greenstar's deep connection to the natural world, I developed a brand identity that feels organic yet professional. The logomark balances the earthy authenticity of the horticultural industry with the clean confidence of a modern B2B brand, creating a system that works across packaging, web, trade shows, and print.
03 — Outcome
An identity with depth — and longevity.
The new brand gave Greenstar a visual identity that reflects their position as an industry leader. Clean, confident, and built for scale — the system works consistently across every channel, giving the team a strong foundation to build on as the business continues to grow internationally.
2.5 years evolving Jane's visual identity and marketing — from targeted landing pages and campaign decks to brand swag loved by a community of 100,000+ practitioners worldwide.
During my 2.5 years on the Graphic Design team at Jane, I helped evolve Jane's visual identity and marketing efforts to better reflect the thoughtful, human-centred care at the heart of the product. 01 — Campaigns
Scaling campaigns with targeted landing pages.
As Jane's audience grew, so did the need to speak more directly to their goals and pain points. I worked closely with writers and marketers to roll out a series of targeted landing pages — each with original graphics, clear messaging, and strong visual consistency. These pages massively helped us scale campaigns and drive acquisition.
02 — Decks
Building high-impact presentation decks.
Supporting many cross-functional teams involved creating a number of high-impact presentation decks. This empowered our Partner Marketing teams to promote, grow and maintain our powerful Ambassador program, which drove massive growth and was responsible for huge revenue throughout the business.
03 — Swag
Building brand love with beautiful swag.
Jane's brand was extremely popular among its community of 100,000+ practitioners across the world. As the designer assigned to external swag across the business, I had the pleasure of spreading Jane's brand across its massive community, and bringing delight to a huge community of practitioners and clinics.

Socialheads
A UX design project exploring how Socialheads — a platform connecting social workers and young people — could be redesigned to reduce burnout, improve communication, and better support everyone in the care system.
Socialheads is a communication platform built for social care professionals, helping teams stay connected while managing sensitive conversations and case information. As part of a multidisciplinary product design project, we explored how the platform could evolve beyond messaging to better support the day-to-day realities of social work.

01 — Problem
Social workers are burning out — and the tools aren't helping.
Research revealed a common theme across social workers, care leaders, and service users: too much time was being spent navigating fragmented systems, managing paperwork, and juggling disconnected communication channels. Administrative tasks often came at the expense of meaningful interactions, while high workloads and emotional fatigue contributed to increasing levels of burnout. The challenge was to identify opportunities where technology could reduce operational burden without compromising the human side of care.
02 — Research
Patterns that couldn't be ignored.
Our team conducted interviews, competitor analysis, journey mapping, and user research to better understand the pressures facing modern social workers. Through this process, we uncovered four key challenges: fragmented documentation, missed warning signs, administrative overload, and burnout. Using these insights, we developed a product vision centred around three core pillars: productivity, knowledge, and emotional wellbeing.
03 — Design
Features built around real needs.
The resulting concepts explored how intelligent tools could streamline documentation, centralise case information, surface important insights, and provide moments of support throughout a social worker's day. My contribution focused on product strategy, experience design, interface design, and visual storytelling, helping translate research findings into a cohesive product vision and presentation.
04 — Outcome
Repositioning Socialheads as more than a messaging platform.
The final concept repositioned Socialheads as more than a messaging platform. By combining communication, knowledge management, and wellbeing tools into a single experience, the project demonstrated how technology could help social workers spend less time managing systems and more time supporting the people who rely on them. The work was presented as a strategic product vision, illustrating a future direction for Socialheads built around efficiency, empathy, and better outcomes for both care professionals and those they support.
